If a candidate loses their internet connection or experiences any issues that cause the interview to end abruptly, you can enable options that allow the candidate to either retake the entire interview or just questions.
You can decide whether to allow retakes, and you have the flexibility to enable or disable this feature in the interview configuration settings.
This feature gives the candidate the chance to explain the reason for their request.
Once enabled, you can review any retake requests in your interview section and approve or reject them based on your discretion.
