Can I downgrade from my current plan?

Currently, downgrading from your existing plan is not an option. You can only upgrade to a higher plan or purchase available add-ons to enhance your features.

If a payment is missed, access to the features associated with your plan will be suspended, and you will no longer be able to create interviews or use other plan-specific functionalities until the payment is completed.
