If a candidate misses the call or disconnects midway, the platform provides you with several options to ensure they still have a chance to complete the screening.
You can configure follow-up actions in advance, such as:
Retry the call automatically after a defined interval
Send the job to their email so they can take it later at their convenience
Additionally, you can visit the screening section to check which candidates have either declined or not yet taken the screening. From there, you can manually send them a reminder email,all in a few clicks.
Also, we do not charge for incomplete or missed calls. You're only billed when a candidate successfully completes the screening.
