AI Video Interviewer: I was wrongly flagged under Interview Intelligence. Will that affect my score?

Learn how the Interview intelligence flags work

Updated this week

No, being flagged by Interview Intelligence does not reduce your interview score automatically.

The Interview Intelligence system highlights possible red flags, such as unusual eye movement, multiple faces, background voices, or tab switching, for the employer to review manually. It does not modify your scores or reject you on its own.

Example:
If you were flagged for looking away from the screen, but the employer checks the recording and sees that you were thinking or reading, they can ignore the flag. It’s just an indicator and not a judgment.

As long as your responses are genuine and no actual misconduct occurred, there is no impact on your score or candidacy.
