What if I exit the interview due to technical problems?

Unfortunately, if you exit the interview due to technical issues, you may lose the chance to complete it. However, you can contact the employer or HR to request a retake or a new interview window.

To avoid such issues, we recommend the following tips:

  • Ensure a Stable Internet Connection: Before starting the Interview, check that you have a reliable internet connection. minimum (25 mbps upload and download speed)

  • Use an Updated Browser: Make sure your browser is up to date to prevent compatibility issues.

  • Test Your Equipment: Verify that your webcam and microphone (if required) are working correctly.
