Yes. While creating each question, you can set an "expected answer" which the AI uses as a benchmark for scoring.

You can also mark expected answers as either "Must Have" or "Nice to Have" to prioritize your requirements. If a candidate fails to meet even one Must Have, they will automatically be marked as Not Qualified, regardless of their performance on other questions.
