What is the Interview Worthy feature?

Learn what the Interview worthy feature is.

Updated over a month ago

Interview Worthy allows you to mark certain questions in your AI Interview as Must Have. These are questions you consider essential for qualification. Candidates must answer all Must Have questions satisfactorily to be considered qualified by the system.

How does it work?

  1. When setting up your interview, you can mark one or more questions as 'Must Have'.

  2. The system uses your scoring logic and benchmarks to determine if the candidate's answer meets expectations.

  3. If all 'Must Have' answers are satisfactory, the candidate is marked as 'Interview Worthy'.

  4. If even one 'Must Have' answer does not meet the criteria, the candidate is marked as 'Not Qualified'.

Example:

You are hiring for a Software Engineer role. You mark the following two questions as Must Have:

  • "Explain your experience with backend systems in Python."

  • "Describe a time you worked with version control in a team environment."

A candidate gives a strong answer to the first question but does not mention team workflows or Git practices in the second. The system marks the candidate as Not Qualified.
