What information is included in the Candidate Report?

Find out what details are included in the Candidate Report to help evaluate applicants effectively.

Updated over a week ago

Hyring AI employs a sophisticated, data-driven methodology to rank candidates based on their interview results and video interview performances. This approach ensures a comprehensive and objective evaluation of each candidate. The ranking process involves several key components:

1. Report Overview: Technical and Communication Score

Hyring AI evaluates candidates' communication skills using metrics such as Pronunciation, Grammar, Vocabulary, Filler Words, and Fluency.

This comprehensive assessment helps gauge the candidate’s effectiveness in conveying ideas and engaging in conversation.

Additionally, you get a skill rating: if you have a two-way interview setup wherein the interview is judged based on skills and concepts and not direct questions set by you.

2. Proctoring Report:

Hyring AI’s Proctoring Report ensures exam integrity by monitoring several factors: it checks for external monitor use to prevent unauthorized device access, flags if the candidate’s face is intermittently out of view, detects multiple voices to identify potential assistance from others, alerts for multiple faces in the video, and tracks tab changes to prevent cheating through browser switching.

3. Question-Wise Check (One-way)

In this section of the report, you can view detailed information for each question separately. This includes video recordings, highlights from responses, and transcripts. You’ll also find an analysis of the keywords used by the candidate. This detailed breakdown allows for a thorough evaluation of each candidate’s performance on a question-by-question basis.

4. A single video of the interview (Two-way) + Transcripts

If you chose the two-way setup you will be seeing a single video followed by the transcript instead of the question-wise report. Here in the transcripts, you can see the result for each answer like average, and also whether there were any anomalies in the proctoring.

You can download this report by clicking on the download report option and share it with your teammates.
