Keep your answers short and specific. This is a screening, not a full interview.

For example, if asked about your experience in customer service, say

“5 years of customer service experience”

instead of

“I’ve worked in many customer service roles over 5 years, like support desk…”

Clarity and accuracy matter more than length.
